Shipping & Returns
Your order must be prepaid with either Visa, MasterCard, Pay-Pal or you can send in a money order for the correct amount. The price will be the retail price for each product plus shipping.
We guarantee satisfaction with all products we sell, and do our best to ensure you will get products you love.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 15 days of delivery of your order. The item(s) must not be opened, should be returned in ready–to-sell condition and you will receive a full and prompt refund, excluding any shipping costs.
Wicks does not accept returns of used items, or items returned more than 15 days after delivery.
All orders received by 3:00 p.m. EST Monday – Friday will be shipped the same business day. Orders received after 3:00 p.m. EST will be shipped the next business day.
If you’ve decided to return an item to us, you’ll need a Return Authorization(RA). All returns require a RA in order for Wicks to accept the returned product.
To receive a RA number, please contact our Customer Service Department via e-mail, sales@Wicks.com When you send an e-mail, please include your order number, name and address. We will contact you via e-mail within 1-2 business days. The e-mail will provide you with your RA and with further instructions for your easy return.
Shipments without prior authorization or without a valid RA clearly posted on the outside of the box, returned in not-new condition will incur a 15% restocking fee. Wicks is not responsible for items returned without traceable markings (customer’s name, address and RA number) on or in the box.
If an item arrives in a not-new condition as a result of manufacturer defect or a defect occurs during the intended use of the product, we reserve the ability to replace the product. In the event of a return, we will send you a pre-paid UPS shipping label to use for returning your order to Wicks.com To get this shipping label and a valid RA Number, please see the “Return Policy” above. Once you receive both the label and RA number, ship the defective item with the original packaging and paperwork back to us. We will process your return and ship you a replacement, or credit your account promptly.
All returned item(s) will be examined upon arrival at our warehouse. After we accept your return, the credit card originally used to place your order will be credited for the purchase price of the item and any applicable sales tax, excluding all shipping costs.
You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your return and your credit. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the credit to be processed.
Changes to Orders and Cancellations
In the event your order needs to be altered or cancelled, please contact our Customer Service via e-mail. We will do all we can to accommodate your request prior to shipping. In the event the product has shipped there may be additional fees associated with the change or cancellation.
